Lead store sales and customer experience by motivating and developing the sales team to achieve targets. Actively drive selling on the floor, coach associates with daily and monthly feedback, and create a welcoming environment aligned with brand standards. Manage client acquisition, handle escalated customer interactions with confidentiality, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures. Recruit and onboard sales associates while coordinating floor coverage and partnering with store leadership and operations to exceed objectives.
