Key Responsibilities

  • •Field incoming technical incident requests via phone, email, chat, and ticket, resolving on first contact or escalating per incident management procedures.
  • •Provide direct support to users for the company’s networks, software, and computer systems, including step-by-step technical instruction.
  • •Troubleshoot and resolve problems using privileged authority in cooperation with other IT groups.

  • •3+ years providing customer service in a high-performance environment.
  • •CompTIA A+ certification (or similar) preferred; familiarity with IT operations, voice/data communications, troubleshooting, and software/hardware support.
