Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end AI automation programs to improve Trust & Safety operational efficiency, quality, and scalability.
  • •Develop prompts, workflows, and evaluation strategies for LLM-powered and AI agent solutions.
  • •Analyze AI model performance metrics (precision, recall, leakage, overkill, and human review quality) to identify improvement opportunities.
  • •Build monitoring frameworks and dashboards to measure AI adoption, model quality, operational efficiency, and business impact.
  • •Drive experimentation via pilots and A/B testing and communicate findings and recommendations to leadership stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or above in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • •Strong analytical skills interpreting operational or product data to drive process improvements.
  • •Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams in a technology environment.
  • •Ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously while influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
  • •Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
