Key Responsibilities

  • •Grow Agoda’s supply network coverage and quality by managing a large portfolio of emerging supply partners.
  • •Reach out to high-growth supply partners to identify revenue growth opportunities and maximize value.
  • •Contact new or potential supply partners to encourage completion of online registrations and program participation.
  • •Run focused project sprints and track daily priorities, results, and progress in internal systems.
  • •Communicate and train partners using multiple channels and provide education on Agoda technologies, tools, and models.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3 years’ experience in a business development or execution role (fresh graduates welcomed to apply).
  • •Demonstrated basic computer skills.
  • •Analytical skills and proven track record using data to drive achievements and decisions.
  • •Intellectual curiosity with autonomy and a result-driven approach to meeting ambitious targets.
  • •Ability to work under pressure and communicate effectively with partners (able to have at least 10 meaningful conversations per day).
