Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with the CPO to define product strategy and translate priorities into quarterly OKRs and the product roadmap.
  • •Facilitate alignment across product teams and cross-functional partners (Sales, CS, Support, Finance) on priorities, trade-offs, and KPIs.
  • •Build and scale the Product Ops function, including team structure, tools, and decision-making/resource allocation systems.
  • •Create product leadership cadence and prioritization/decision-support frameworks to keep teams moving in sync.
  • •Own product analytics strategy, instrumentation standards, and reporting for cohort/adoption/customer health insights; identify and implement automation opportunities using AI.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years in product management, strategy, operations, or adjacent leadership roles.
  • •Experience building or scaling Product Operations from scratch, including systems, tools, and processes.
  • •Demonstrated ability to define strategy and drive cross-functional execution and alignment.
  • •Experience with analytics, experimentation, and product telemetry (event tracking, cohort analysis, etc.).
  • •Familiarity with product analytics platforms (Amplitude, Mixpanel, Looker) and experimentation tools.
