  • •Manage project success across safety, quality, scope, schedule, and budget with Tool Install Manager and functional area teams.
  • •Mentor, develop, direct, and influence a team of engineers and technicians in a matrix environment.
  • •Manage onsite construction resources and equipment vendors, including funding, forecasting, performance feedback, and logistics support.
  • •Provide technical expertise and actionable direction for demolition, conversion, and installation troubleshooting; coordinate planning across trades, vendors, and third parties.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Chemistry, or related technical field
  • •3+ months of experience or coursework in project or program management in large scale construction or factory tool install/qual ramp experience
  • •Knowledge and expertise in the installation, demolition, and operation of process tool equipment
  • •Understanding of Intel IQ systems (e.g. EMS, AIO, SIRFIS, 6D, Fuzion, QUEST, Capacity Planning, Procurement, Safety Level Signoffs)
