Job Summary

Oversee a regional P&L (~$100M+) by leading financial performance monitoring, planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Partner with regional and functional leaders to drive Pulse, SRO, AOP, and other forecasting processes, and run monthly reviews with operations and finance leadership to align risks, opportunities, and action plans. Manage BAP activities such as Pulse and MBRs, leveraging data-driven insights and analytics to improve business performance.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage regional P&L by leading financial performance monitoring, planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
•Drive performance to meet targets for pricing, orders, revenue, Variable Contribution Margin (VCM), fixed costs, free cash flow (FCF), and conversion.
•Partner with regional and functional leaders to lead Pulse, SRO, AOP, and forecasting processes with accurate, timely projections.
•Run monthly sessions with operations and finance leadership to review risks and opportunities, address variances, and align action plans.
•Manage BAP activities such as Pulse and MBRs.

Key Requirements

•Chartered Accountant/Cost Accountant or a master’s degree in finance or Business Administration.
•12+ years of overall finance experience.
•Experience driving business finance metrics and partnering with leadership to manage financial targets.
•Exposure to tools like Power BI and advanced Excel.
•Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Essbase, and Hyperion.
