Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop value propositions and business cases across the Wealth & Premier Solutions portfolio, covering revenue, cost, risk, and customer experience impacts.
  • •Quantify and track product KPIs and ROI (e.g., AUM growth, conversion, digital adoption, cost-to-serve, STP rate, call deflection, and operational risk events).
  • •Partner with Finance and business stakeholders to validate assumptions, financial models, and payback periods for key initiatives.
  • •Act as the primary business–technology interface for assigned products and journeys, translating needs into feasible propositions.
  • •Co-own product vision and roadmap with Business and Product Owners and collaborate with architects and delivery teams to define technical requirements and make design choices aligned to outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • •Bring proven experience in technical product ownership or solution-business architecture for wealth management, retail banking, or investments.
  • •Build and present business cases for complex digital solutions, including financial modelling and benefits realisation.
  • •Influence senior stakeholders and secure sponsorship for technology-enabled change.
  • •Work effectively in Agile and DevOps environments with cross-functional collaboration across business, technology, and operations.
  • •Understand wealth and premier banking business models and translate technical features into quantified business outcomes, including familiarity with cloud, APIs, microservices, and data modelling.
