Lead the backend engineering of an AI-driven asset platform used to create and distribute rich TikTok content at massive scale. Partner with product, design, and frontend teams to deliver end-to-end experiences across creation scenarios, while building an AI-native service ecosystem and development workflow. Help construct an agent system for intelligent creation, ensuring efficient, reliable, and compliant asset lifecycle operations for creators and designers.

•Ensure creation experiences for 100M-level UGC users and 10M-level designers.
•Construct an AI-native service ecosystem and development workflow.
•Build an agent system serving intelligent creation.

•Deep understanding of computer architectures, data structures, and algorithms.
•Strong team communication and collaboration skills.
•Understanding of modern distributed system architecture.
