Supervise hourly associates in an inspection center to keep cars moving safely through reconditioning while consistently hitting daily, weekly, and monthly production and quality goals. •Manage safe movement of cars into and out of the inspection center while meeting production and quality goals.

•Review and approve identified mechanical and physical defects of incoming inventory.
•Train production associates using quality control standards and lead repairs/rejections in partnership with the inspection center general manager.

Key Requirements

•Experience using computers.

•Valid unrestricted driver’s license with a clean driving record in the last 3 years.
