Job Summary

Join AMD’s Record to Report (R2R) team to maintain accurate financial records and support the month-end and year-end close. You’ll review US GAAP and local GAAP items, prepare balance sheet reconciliations, support audits, and contribute to process improvement. The role also includes KPI/metrics tracking and preparing reports and presentation decks for management and business partners.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee month-end and year-end close review for US GAAP and local GAAP, including cash/bank, accruals, amortization, deposits, inter-company charge backs, journal entries, and asset master data activities.
•Prepare balance sheet reconciliations for R2R-owned accounts.
•Support US GAAP audit and local statutory audit.
•Participate in projects and process improvement assignments.
•Track KPIs/metrics and prepare reports and presentation decks for management and business partners.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy/ACCA or an equivalent accounting qualification.
•Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
•Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
•Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP) or automation tools is an advantage.
