Key Responsibilities

  • •Translate portfolio and business objectives into detailed vehicle, autonomy, software, and mobility product concepts, including target customers, positioning, and differentiation.
  • •Define and maintain the structured hierarchy of customer requirements, product attributes, and product requirements (L0–L1), partnering with Engineering to convert them into measurable technical targets.
  • •Develop feature and content strategy, including must-have/expected/differentiating features, deployment across products and markets, and equipment/trim content alignment.
  • •Set competitive targets by translating market and competitive intelligence into actionable product targets and continuously reassessing them during development.
  • •Own authoritative product-definition documentation and govern changes, including traceability from customer need through delivered customer experiences and support for product authorization milestones.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Product Management, Design, Economics or a related field.
  • •7+ years of experience in automotive product planning, product management, vehicle engineering, vehicle programs, strategy, systems engineering, or related disciplines.
  • •Experience defining or developing vehicles, vehicle systems, software-enabled products, or other complex customer-facing products.
  • •Strong understanding of vehicle attributes and how customer requirements, competitive positioning, and engineering targets connect.
  • •Demonstrated ability to manage complex product trade-offs across customer value, technology, cost, investment, timing, quality, and feasibility.
