•Manage defined workstreams or small IT/software development projects, coordinating with engineers, testers, and product owners to support agile delivery and report progress to clients and internal leadership.
•Identify risks, develop practical recommendations, and report on progress, timelines, and expenses to clients and Mastercard leadership.
•Collaborate with client staff to understand needs, challenges, and risks, and contribute to implementing project recommendations.
•Lead internal and client meetings with strong communication skills and manage multiple tasks across projects in a fast-paced environment.
•Coordinate cross-functional teams across engagements, ensuring outcomes align with client objectives and Mastercard assets.
