  • •Start up, develop, and optimize overlay metrology processes for DRAM photolithography flows.
  • •Advance overlay measurement capabilities by evaluating new metrology technology and measurement techniques.
  • •Partner with metrology equipment vendors to improve software/hardware and overlay techniques for process characterization, optimization, and control.
  • •Optimize and maintain calibration of metrology systems, including measurement optimization across multiple device process flows and layer stacks.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years in the semiconductor industry with overlay metrology experience.
  • •Strong understanding of overlay lithography process metrics for characterization, optimization, and line control.
  • •Experience with image and diffraction based overlay/registration (post-lithography) plus SEM and scatterometry/OCD (and pupil-based overlay/registration post etch).
  • •Process/equipment experience with instrumentation and calibration procedures.
  • •Excellent digital literacy (MS Office, JMP, Python) and practical experience using AI tools (e.g., CoPilot, Claude Code).
