Job Summary

Lead the stand-up of Honeywell's Global Business Services Finance function as Director of GBS BRM for Industrial Automation and Process Automation. Build trust-based partnerships with L2/3 leaders, manage SLA/KPI frameworks, drive continuous process improvements, oversee governance and documentation, and coordinate cross-functional planning and escalations across global hubs.

•Serve as the primary BRM contact for SBG and regional leadership; drive MOS for escalations and high-impact issues with status reporting.
•Coordinate CSAT surveys, feedback actions, and follow-ups with tower leaders; ensure governance across GBS and related functions.
•Lead continuous improvement initiatives with GBS Towers, BAP, and Transformation teams; manage SLAs and KPIs.
•Facilitate joint planning and forecasting cycles; establish roadmaps and prioritize new projects, enhancements, and issue resolutions.
•Engage with upstream functions (HR, payroll, procurement, fleet) to resolve issues and strengthen business vitality.
