Key Responsibilities

  • •Build self-service flows (e.g., account recovery and cancellation) to reduce Customer Support load and friction across support tools and workflows.
  • •Develop identity functionality including authentication, session management, and user data protection.
  • •Improve login and account creation such as passwordless/magic links/passkeys and One Tap, plus MFA and identity verification.
  • •Integrate and optimize risk-based fraud detection and other security measures to mitigate threats.
  • •Design and implement user data retention and deletion workflows in compliance with regulations (e.g., GDPR), while maintaining quality, observability, documentation, and cross-team collaboration.

Key Requirements

  • •4–6 years of professional software development experience.
