Build and enhance authentication and identity features across account recovery and self-service workflows, including login/session management, passwordless sign-in, MFA, and identity verification. Key Responsibilities

•Build self-service flows (e.g., account recovery and cancellation) to reduce Customer Support load and friction across support tools and workflows.
•Develop identity functionality including authentication, session management, and user data protection.
•Improve login and account creation such as passwordless/magic links/passkeys and One Tap, plus MFA and identity verification.
•Integrate and optimize risk-based fraud detection and other security measures to mitigate threats.
•Design and implement user data retention and deletion workflows in compliance with regulations (e.g., GDPR), while maintaining quality, observability, documentation, and cross-team collaboration.

Key Requirements

•4–6 years of professional software development experience.
