Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform routine inspections/maintenance and light maintenance or repairs as a Brake & Tire Technician.
  • •Change brakes and tires and complete related basic mechanical repairs (brake pads/calipers/rotors, tire installations).
  • •Perform wheel alignments as part of brake and tire service work.
  • •Use state of the art tools while working in Carvana inspection centers to prepare vehicles for customers.
  • •Maintain readiness for vehicle reconditioning in a high-tech, fast-paced production environment.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 1 year of professional automotive repair experience.
  • •Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools, including lifting up to 60 pounds independently.
  • •Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license; some positions may require an MVR check.
  • •Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment with occasional exposure to excessive weather conditions.
  • •Ability to use safety equipment, including face shield/goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, masks, and other protective gear.
