Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain responsibility for one or several store sections as instructed, keeping items folded and displayed neatly.
  • •Process sales, exchanges, and refunds efficiently and accurately using all payment methods.
  • •Provide prompt, high-quality customer service in person and over the phone, and develop product/stock and promotion knowledge.
  • •Maintain housekeeping standards on the shop floor and keep cash desk areas replenished and tidy.
  • •Follow store SOPs and health and safety practices, including reporting accidents promptly and participating in internal audit actions.

Key Requirements

  • •Previous experience in fashion retail or proven excellent customer service experience.
  • •Passion for fashion and a strong interest in retail.
  • •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • •Strong organizational skills to manage store sections and stock efficiently.
