Privately Held Investments Manager

Lead the Privately Held Investments team and manage a portfolio of real estate assets. Partner with internal and external stakeholders to drive new business while ensuring policies, procedures, and risk management protocols are followed. Oversee team operations, training, staffing, and compliance by monitoring KPIs and maintaining documentation. Recommend improvements to asset management processes, review committee compliance items, and coach team performance.
