Key Responsibilities

  • •Work one-on-one with a child in their home or at the clinic using play-based activities to build communication and social skills.
  • •Support daily routines and help the child build independence.
  • •Track the child’s progress so milestones can be celebrated.
  • •Work with a BCBA mentor to learn and apply guidance for sessions.
  • •Engage in arts and crafts and help the child practice skills in an active, floor-based environment.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed your 40-hour RBT training course (preferred).
  • •Ready to sit for your RBT Exam (support and mentorship provided).
  • •High school diploma.

  • •Reliable with own transportation and comfortable being active (sitting, kneeling, playing on the floor).
