Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the full events calendar, including strategy, end-to-end logistics (venues, vendors, invitations, run-of-show, on-site execution, and follow-through).
  • •Build Oneleet’s community event strategy, defining audiences, value proposition, platforms, and programming to drive participation.
  • •Partner with Content & Community and align Sales/Customer Success to personalize invitations and attendees for revenue goals.
  • •Design and run executive and customer engagement programs (e.g., roundtables, advisory boards, peer-led forums).
  • •Measure performance and iterate using metrics such as pipeline influenced, retention impact, engagement rates, and event NPS.

Key Requirements

  • •3-6+ years of experience in event marketing, community management, field marketing, or developer/customer relations at a B2B SaaS or technology company.
  • •Proven experience building and managing a B2B community or event program, ideally from an early stage.
  • •Exceptional event production skills with end-to-end logistics and a strong guest experience focus.
  • •Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to facilitate meaningful conversations.
  • •Ability to manage budgets, vendor/agency relationships, multiple programs simultaneously, and communicate clearly (invites and emcee/running rooms).
