Use reporting and operational data analysis to monitor performance and inform decisions while partnering cross-functionally across Product Operations and Booking Platform.

•Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
•Monitor operational performance using reporting and data analysis, and communicate updates and recommendations to stakeholders.
