Senior Professional Nurse - Night Duty

Provide safe, high-quality patient care during night duty while supporting the Unit Manager to mitigate clinical risks and improve the client experience. Deliver direct patient care, coordinate care delivery, and mentor new and student nurses. Manage staffing resources to ensure optimal supply and utilization, help manage operational expenses, and support clinical documentation, audits, patient assessment, and nursing care plan development in line with nursing legislation and best practices.
