Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform duties in accordance with Micron safety policies after completing safety training.
  • •Serve as a Process & Equipment engineer within the DRY production-technology organization and lead improvement activities.
  • •Drive yield improvement, management system improvement, and productivity improvement for mass production.
  • •Support installation and modification of new leading-edge equipment to improve production planning.
  • •Collaborate with equipment engineers, other process engineers, and shift technicians; report to supervisors, team members, and stakeholders and participate in overseas technical exchange.

  • •Execute work following Micron safety policies after completing safety training.
  • •Support process and equipment improvements within the DRY production-technology group to establish higher-productivity, higher-quality mass production technology.
  • •Improve yield and management systems, and drive productivity improvement initiatives.
  • •Support the introduction and modification of new leading-edge tools to enhance production planning.
  • •When introducing developed products, identify product and production-tech issues and work with related departments to achieve mass production.
