Key Responsibilities

  • •Overall responsibility for completing assigned projects or work packages and ensuring on-time delivery within scope.
  • •Implement HBS Project Management Methodology during execution using ProjectVision, and maintain risk & opportunity scheduling.
  • •Maintain project documentation, including support for extension of time claims, change order management, and progress claims.
  • •Undertake site management for installation and/or commissioning activities involving direct resources, subcontractors, and third parties (including the customer).
  • •Maintain WBS and ensure ETC and monthly EAC reviews; coordinate supply chain and subcontractors to keep materials and resources available and drive lower cost to serve.

Key Requirements

  • •4-5 years’ delivery experience of Automation Controls Systems (IBMS/BMS).
  • •Experience with ELV services including CCTV, card access, and fire alarm systems (FAS), nurse call, and PA.
  • •Diploma in Engineering.
  • •Ability to understand financial data at contract level and act on variances to achieve key metrics.
  • •Ability to assess risks, mobilize resources, and develop/implement action plans to deliver commitments.
