Job Summary

Manage small, low-risk automation controls projects, including installation and commissioning activities or assigned work packages. Ensure on-time delivery within scope, maintain HBS Project Management Methodology using ProjectVision, and track risks, opportunities, and project documentation. Oversee subcontractor/site resources in Singapore, uphold local codes and Honeywell SOPs, maintain WBS and financial estimates (ETC/EAC), and drive cost-to-serve improvements using value engineering and GES.

Key Responsibilities

•Overall responsibility for completing assigned projects or work packages and ensuring on-time delivery within scope.
•Implement HBS Project Management Methodology during execution using ProjectVision, and maintain risk & opportunity scheduling.
•Maintain project documentation, including support for extension of time claims, change order management, and progress claims.
•Undertake site management for installation and/or commissioning activities involving direct resources, subcontractors, and third parties (including the customer).
•Maintain WBS and ensure ETC and monthly EAC reviews; coordinate supply chain and subcontractors to keep materials and resources available and drive lower cost to serve.

Key Requirements

•4-5 years’ delivery experience of Automation Controls Systems (IBMS/BMS).
•Experience with ELV services including CCTV, card access, and fire alarm systems (FAS), nurse call, and PA.
•Diploma in Engineering.
•Ability to understand financial data at contract level and act on variances to achieve key metrics.
•Ability to assess risks, mobilize resources, and develop/implement action plans to deliver commitments.
