Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute, service, and detail assigned special events from the Special Events Department through Operations.
  • •Provide administrative support to the Special Events Sales team, including correspondence distribution and maintaining departmental files.
  • •Coordinate operational set-up/breakdown for events, including equipment and rental needs, and coordinate with Production and Operations.
  • •Serve as liaison between client and LN team members during the event, including site inspections and event pre-shift communication.
  • •Handle event accounting and paperwork: deposits/payments processing, payment tracking, accounts receivable updates, and post-event documents.
  • •Conduct staff functions such as training for service etiquette and producing weekly banquet summaries.
