Key Responsibilities

  • •Support discovery sessions with client teams to map current-state business processes, including roles, timings, rules, pain points, and involved systems/integrations.
  • •Create and maintain shared process maps and visual workflow diagrams for client review, correction, and sign-off before build.
  • •Document requirements, workflow specifications, and structured discovery outputs, including tracking open questions, decisions, and follow-ups.
  • •Coordinate with Project Managers and AI Solutions Consultants to keep discovery and documentation on schedule and validate delivered output matches the agreed process map.
  • •Attend client meetings and demos to capture feedback and action items, and flag process gaps or ambiguities early.

Key Requirements

  • •2–4 years experience as a Business Analyst, Business Operations, or process improvement professional.
  • •Comfort facilitating client discovery and translating discussions into clear documentation/specs and workflow diagrams.
  • •Solid process-mapping and documentation skills, including structuring requirements and workflow specifications.
  • •Working knowledge of tools such as Excel and diagramming tools (Figma, Visio, Lucidchart, Miro) for capturing workflows.
  • •Basic familiarity with business software concepts (systems, data, integrations).
