Job Summary

Drive data-driven decisions for Wise’s Europe & UK Regional Expansion team by owning expansion KPIs and improving key metrics over time. Key Responsibilities

•Partner with Product Managers and analysts to develop and own KPIs for expansion markets, monitoring the impact of new product features.
•Identify opportunities to improve team key performance indicators and develop strategies to continuously enhance team metrics.
•Act as the primary analytical point of contact for product launches, providing forecasting, discovery analysis, and experimentation support.
•Influence product decisions by building and presenting robust data-driven arguments that establish conviction across the team.
•Construct and maintain reusable data assets to diagnose issues and understand product and customer impacts.

•Ability to work effectively with technical teams (PMs, engineers, analysts) and influence product decisions with actionable data insights.
•Understanding of events data using tools such as Mixpanel, Google Analytics, or Amplitude (or similar), with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
