Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead successful delivery of large-scale infrastructure and masterplan development projects across Saudi Arabia.
  • •Establish project execution strategies, governance frameworks, delivery plans, and performance objectives across the project lifecycle.
  • •Serve as primary client interface and trusted advisor, leading executive-level engagement and maintaining key relationships.
  • •Oversee project financial performance, including budgets, forecasting, profitability, and contract/commercial matters.
  • •Provide technical oversight and risk/governance leadership, ensuring compliance with regulatory/contractual requirements and integrated delivery across multidisciplinary teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
  • •20+ years of experience in engineering consultancy, infrastructure project delivery, or major development programmes.
  • •Proven track record delivering large-scale infrastructure and masterplan development projects in Saudi Arabia, including complex multidisciplinary programmes.
  • •Proven leadership experience managing multidisciplinary project teams across the full project lifecycle.
  • •Significant client-facing experience with government entities, developers, infrastructure authorities, and major stakeholders.
