Job Summary

Lead mechanical/HVAC engineering design for diverse building projects across industrial, healthcare, education, leisure, aviation, commercial, and defense sectors. Guide technical design throughout the project lifecycle, coordinating HVAC/Controls/Plumbing with electrical engineers, architects, and other design professionals. Perform HVAC calculations and analyses, review design drawings, support field investigations, develop specifications and drawings, and ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards while engaging regularly with clients and stakeholders.

•Coordinate mechanical system design with electrical engineers, architects, and other design professionals.

•Develop technical specifications and design deliverables (plans, elevations, sections, details) and ensure code compliance; attend site visits/inspections as needed.

Key Requirements

•Proficiency with engineering calculation software such as HAP, Cype, Lider, Calener and/or similar tools (IES knowledge is a plus).
•Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
