Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver outstanding consumer service using Crocs’ C.H.A.R.M. service model.
  • •Support a positive team environment by sharing suggestions, ideas, and concerns.
  • •Assist across store departments including consumer service, product knowledge/placement, visual presentation, and stock room management.
  • •Manage daily retail operations such as POS system management, stock replenishment, pricing and markdowns, promotion of loyalty programs, and cleanliness/recovery standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Have basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Word, Excel, and email) and the ability to operate a retail Point of Sale (POS) system.
