Develop and execute sourcing strategy for Business Applications (Software Technology & Banking Platforms). Key Responsibilities

•Develop sourcing strategy and perform category analytics within the Business Applications Category (Software Technology and Banking Platforms).
•Lead RFx processes including project management, development of RFx, negotiations and award process.
•Review technology agreements (NDA, Master Agreements, SOWs) and lead contract & price negotiations and ongoing contract administration.
•Ensure compliance with procurement processes and procedures; support Non-Traditional 3rd party supplier relationships through TPMO due diligence.
•Manage supplier activity reporting, deal reviews, supplier rationalization, demand management, and regulatory/compliance requirements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 114,700 - 194,900 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or Finance and six or more years of experience in Sourcing or Procurement; MBA or other advanced degree and a professional Procurement/ Supply Chain Management designation (e.g. CSCP, CPM) are a strong plus.
•Strong analytical, sourcing, negotiation and communication skills; technically adept with MS Office (advanced Excel) and experience with ERP systems/PeopleSoft.
•Experience leading RFx processes (RFP/RFI/RFQ) and contract negotiations, including NDA’s, Master Agreements and Statements of Work.
•Knowledge of supply chain management and procurement, and ability to navigate indirect categories (e.g., IT).
•Ability to establish and maintain relationships with partners and drive process improvements.
