Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain production and material plans based on manufacturing lead times, priorities, and customer requirements.
  • •Create and release production orders on time according to established production sequences and firing orders.
  • •Monitor material and assembly availability to support production schedules and customer commitments.
  • •Partner with department supervisors and cross-functional teams to assess production status, identify constraints, and adjust schedules.
  • •Produce weekly planning and performance reports and support quarterly analysis of Excess & Obsolete (E&O), PFEP, and Effective Material Planning (EMP) to optimize inventory.

Key Requirements

  • •A university degree (or equivalent experience) and at least 2 years of relevant material planning experience, or an advanced degree in a related field.
  • •Experience in material and inventory planning, including material availability, inventory control, production requirements, and replenishment planning.
  • •Experience using SIOP and production/material requirements planning to support inventory optimization (preferred).
  • •Experience coordinating with stakeholders across Manufacturing, Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain (preferred).
  • •Experience with PFEP, E&O analysis, WIP control, and material staging processes (preferred).
