Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure production equipment safety via daily machine inspections and documented checks
  • •Provide safety/health information, instructions, training, and supervision to employees and visitors
  • •Coordinate shift resources to achieve planned production priorities, SKU/line outputs, and safe working conditions
  • •Take full responsibility for SHE & Quality: investigate incidents, document reports, and follow up NCR closures
  • •Run shift operations and drive continuous improvement initiatives (CI/WCM/6-Sigma), including training and competency/succession plans

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma in Production, Operation Management, Engineering, or equivalent
  • •Min 2 years people management skills
  • •At least 1 year supervisory experience in manufacturing
  • •Computer literacy essential
  • •CI/WCM, Quality and safety experience in a manufacturing environment, with exposure to a unionized shop floor
