Join the grain team in Lakota to support daily facility operations and provide hands-on service to local agriculture customers. Key Responsibilities

•Perform general labor responsibilities under general supervision, supporting facility operations and customer service.
•Prepare trucks and railcars for loading/unloading (sampling, loosening nuts, opening hatches, attaching/detaching hoses).
•Load and unload agricultural inputs from railcars/trucks using heavy/light duty equipment and control/monitor load-out functions.
•Operate automated scale/dump systems and perform daily/weekly/monthly maintenance and equipment inspections.
•Maintain clean, safe work areas, conduct housekeeping and grounds maintenance (including snow removal), and report customer or safety concerns to a supervisor.

Key Requirements

•Must meet minimum age requirement.
•1+ years of experience in Operations and/or Business Operations.
•Ability to operate machinery such as loaders, conveyors, tractors, and track mobile.
•Ability to work extended hours during peak seasons to meet business demands.
•CDL license or ability to attain one with Hazmat endorsement (preferred).
