Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform general labor responsibilities under general supervision, supporting facility operations and customer service.
  • •Prepare trucks and railcars for loading/unloading (sampling, loosening nuts, opening hatches, attaching/detaching hoses).
  • •Load and unload agricultural inputs from railcars/trucks using heavy/light duty equipment and control/monitor load-out functions.
  • •Operate automated scale/dump systems and perform daily/weekly/monthly maintenance and equipment inspections.
  • •Maintain clean, safe work areas, conduct housekeeping and grounds maintenance (including snow removal), and report customer or safety concerns to a supervisor.

Key Requirements

  • •Must meet minimum age requirement.
  • •1+ years of experience in Operations and/or Business Operations.

  • •CDL license or ability to attain one with Hazmat endorsement (preferred).
