Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage daily inbound and outbound exceptions for Midwest/Southeast/South Region fulfillment centers.
  • •Resolve merchant and logistics issues with merchant and quality teams within SLA targets.
  • •Partner with site managers and logistics partner points of contact to improve SOPs and achieve exception-handling KPIs.
  • •Gather merchant and logistics partner feedback cross-functionally and identify process improvement opportunities.
  • •Monitor returns dwell and process, and monitor/analyze site performance metrics; provide daily on-site supervision.

Key Requirements

  • •Completing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Operations, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • •Strong problem-solving skills with attention to details.
