Associate Manager - People & Organisation

Support delivery of HR initiatives and day-to-day people operations as a partner to managers and employees. Own employee lifecycle processes, guidance on HR policies, and escalation of complex people matters. Coordinate performance, talent, and succession activities, facilitate training, and run engagement programs including employee surveys. Maintain organizational data and HR documentation, assist with talent acquisition and total rewards cycles, and support HR analytics through reports and dashboards.
