Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end recruitment across technical and non-technical roles with a focus on building local talent pipelines in Romania.
  • •Proactively source and engage high-quality candidates through local platforms, communities, referrals, and other channels.
  • •Partner with hiring managers to define profiles, shape interview processes, and advise on talent market and compensation expectations.
  • •Manage the full candidate journey from outreach and interviews through offers and closing while ensuring a strong candidate experience.
  • •Own and improve People lifecycle processes (onboarding, offboarding, employment documentation, HR administration) and maintain People records/systems.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment, ideally with exposure to People Operations or generalist HR.
  • •Strong knowledge of the Romanian talent market, including sourcing channels and hiring practices.
  • •Proven track record of proactively sourcing and successfully hiring talent in Romania.
  • •Experience managing volume hiring while maintaining hiring quality and candidate experience.
  • •Currently based in Romania and able to work autonomously in a fast-moving environment.
