Plant Operators

Operate and monitor industrial plant equipment to produce quality products safely and efficiently. You’ll ensure reliability of systems like conveyors, pumps, and product screens, maintain environmental compliance by monitoring dust and scrubber readings, and perform pre-shift inspections, preventative maintenance, and housekeeping. The role includes outdoor work in non-temperature-controlled conditions, rotating schedules, and physical demands including lifting up to 50 lbs and working at heights.
