•Participate in an 18–24 month leadership development program that leads to an operations leadership role across last-mile delivery locations, car vending machines, or new car showrooms.
•Start in the Market Operations Customer Advocate role while creating memorable customer experiences on the driveway or at car vending machines.
•Learn Carvana’s systems that move a car from click to customer, using AI and product workflows.
•Drive a signature car hauler and help deliver a curated customer experience.
•Gain hands-on experience across the operation, from the detail bay to the driveway, and apply coursework every six months to earn certifications in different operational areas.

•Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including vehicle detailing and loading/unloading onto haulers, with occasional exposure to extreme weather.
•Must pass a drug test, obtain a DOT Medical Card, be at least 21, have a valid driver’s license, and be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
