Key Responsibilities

  • •Install, assemble, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC piping and mechanical systems according to blueprints, specifications, and safety standards.
  • •Install and service chilled water, hot water, hydronic, steam, and refrigerant piping systems.
  • •Install and connect HVAC equipment including boilers, chillers, AHUs, pumps, cooling towers, RTUs, and heat exchangers.
  • •Perform pipe cutting, threading, brazing, soldering, fitting, and joining of HVAC piping systems.
  • •Pressure test, leak test, flush, and perform system startup; troubleshoot and repair hydronic systems, valves, pumps, boilers, and related equipment.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial HVAC, pipe fitting, mechanical construction, or a related field.
  • •Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC piping and hydronic heating/cooling systems, including boilers, pumps, valves, and mechanical equipment.
  • •Experience installing and servicing chilled water, hot water, steam, and refrigerant piping systems.
  • •Ability to read and interpret HVAC blueprints, mechanical drawings, piping schematics, and technical specifications.
  • •EPA 608 Universal Certification required.
