Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage over 20 direct reports in day-to-day operations of the VLS shipboard and VLS production.
  • •Collaborate with internal departments (Quality Assurance, Security, Weld Shop, Painting Shop) and outside vendors/subcontractors.
  • •Drive schedules and manage the workforce to meet multiple contract milestones.
  • •Ensure VLS policies and procedures are current and correctly followed using VLS Test Director expertise.
  • •Maintain a fluid relationship with the VLS PEO and VLS ISEA.
