Key Responsibilities

•Design and own scalable enablement programs for Revenue leaders and frontline sellers, including leader enablement, sales methodology, and new hire onboarding.
•Build a revenue-specific leader program to strengthen coaching, inspection, manager effectiveness, and bench-building.
•Define the strategy and operating model for a unified sales methodology across Revenue and translate it into practical field behaviors.
•Partner with Sales leadership, frontline managers, Instructional Design, and Analytics to align priorities, target behaviors, rollout plans, and success measures.
•Create program structures and governance, drive adoption through manager reinforcement and in-workflow enablement, and track success metrics to continuously improve.

•7+ years of experience in enablement, learning, program management, or a related go-to-market role, ideally in FinTech or SaaS.
•Proven success scaling cross-functional enablement or learning programs that improved manager effectiveness, field readiness, or productivity.
•Experience designing programs for sales leaders, frontline managers, and customer-facing teams focused on durable behavior change.
•Strong program management skills across strategy development, roadmap planning, governance, sequencing, and risk management.
•Deep understanding of sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, or SPICED, and translating them into practical workflows and adoption plans.
