  • •Lead end-to-end development, governance, and execution of collateral for Amex product launches and refreshes, including B2B products.
  • •Drive adoption and measurable business impact by expanding usage across target audiences and evolving performance measurement.
  • •Manage external agency partners to deliver high-quality, compliant marketing materials aligned to business objectives and brand standards.
  • •Lead cross-functional execution (timelines, dependencies, approvals, risks, and executive communications) and lead/direct two analysts responsible for execution and deployment.
