Key Responsibilities

  • •Curate and produce visual content across platforms while maintaining brand integrity, production quality, and timelines within budget.
  • •Lead photo shoot production for FOB, well features, and special projects, commissioning teams, liaising with vendors, and ensuring successful delivery.
  • •Review portfolios and proactively build relationships with agencies, photographers, and stylists to identify new talent.
  • •Create and maintain production documents (timelines, schedules, budgets, shot-lists, call sheets) and communicate them to stakeholders throughout the project.
  • •Manage production budgets and processes including vendor rate negotiations, invoice tracking, and securing contracts, photo fees, and usage rights in partnership with legal and business affairs.
