Retail Area Leader I/II - Greater Charlotte & Triad Area

Lead a region’s retail and small business branches to deliver sales and service goals for the Retail Community bank. Drive continuous improvements in sales effectiveness through coaching, counseling, feedback, reinforcement, and support of sales and credit cultures. Manage area performance across growth, profitability, service/operations, and expenses by reviewing management reports, identifying gaps, and ensuring consistent execution of the Client Engagement Model across teams.
