Key Responsibilities

  • •Independently develop, maintain, and present EACs and program Spend Plans, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions.
  • •Review and analyze subcontractor invoices for accuracy and compliance; reconcile and track subcontractor and project trailing costs against month-end actuals.
  • •Manage subcontract Purchase Orders and Purchase Requests across the project lifecycle, including funds changes and realignment across PO lines.
  • •Lead full lifecycle task order modifications and RFCs, including cost scenarios, ROMs, and cost proposal work and tracking.
  • •Mentor junior analysts and support travel reviews (FAR/JTR), startup/closeout activities, and program controls workbook maintenance in advanced Excel.

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS in Finance or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • •5+ years of relevant experience in government contracting, financial analysis, or program analysis.
  • •Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, V-Lookups, complex financial modeling).
  • •Deep knowledge of Estimates at Completion (EAC), Spend Plan development, and Earned Value Management (EVM) principles.
  • •Secret clearance required (must currently possess and be able to maintain).
