Key Responsibilities

  • •Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to Active Directory, Group Policies, and authentication/access services.
  • •Support the AD environment to ensure security, integrity, and availability of authentication, authorization, and LDAP-related services.
  • •Investigate and resolve issues with DUO Two Factor Authentication and Remote Access Authentication (RAA) for desktop and VPN.
  • •Troubleshoot MFA using PIV-I technology and phishing-resistant authentication tools, and document outcomes in the ITSM ticket system.
  • •Escalate issues to the Tier 2 team as needed and follow up with users to verify resolution; handle additional assigned projects.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 62,000 - 70,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Associate’s degree or higher in a related discipline with 3 years (or commensurate experience).
  • •Working technical knowledge of Microsoft OS and services in a multi-site topology, including Active Directory and Group Policies.
  • •Working knowledge of Active Directory architecture and infrastructure (LDAP, Directory Replication, security, schema changes, etc.).
  • •Strong networking troubleshooting skills including DNS and HTTP(s), plus problem-solving and analytical decision making.
  • •Ability to work flexible hours (7am–6pm CT), participate in an on-call rotation, and obtain/maintain an AOUSC Public Trust.
