•Oversee the onboarding of new contracts from implementation through first order, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
•Organize the onboarding team and contribute to the development and improvement of the onboarding function.
•Produce reporting and analysis of the service to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.
•Support and guide team members in their daily tasks and ensure alignment with objectives and priorities.
•Coach and manage a team of 5 customer service advisors, ensuring risks are mitigated and targets are achieved.
