Key Responsibilities

  • •Independently lead and execute Photo EUV process projects, including rapid deployment of advanced equipment.
  • •Improve equipment utilization and promote sustainability initiatives and cost reduction efforts while delivering projects within defined timelines and performance targets.
  • •Create and maintain documentation covering equipment performance, operational procedures, maintenance specifications, and cost metrics.
  • •Supervise installation, upgrades, and decommissioning while ensuring work quality, cost control, and adherence to project schedules.
  • •Collaborate with equipment vendors and cross-functional stakeholders (equipment, process, production, and global teams) to support product improvements and roadmap needs.

  • •Complete all required safety training and follow Micron’s safety policies while performing tasks.
  • •Strong problem-solving skills based on analytical thinking to identify and resolve equipment-related gaps.
  • •Effective communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to execute coordinated work.
